Equineerapp Passes Independent Proof-of-Reserves Audit by Singapore-Based Guardian Assure

Cryptocurrency exchange Equineerapp (https://equineerapp.com) announced this week that it has successfully completed an independent proof-of-reserves (PoR) audit conducted by Guardian Assure, a Singapore-based blockchain security and verification firm. The verification confirmed that the platform holds assets sufficient to cover all customer deposits on a 1:1 basis.

Audit Covers Major Assets and Custody Infrastructure

The comprehensive audit, completed on March 12, 2025, examined reserve attestations across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a basket of major stablecoins held in Equineerapp's custodial wallets. Guardian Assure utilized a combination of on-chain verification, Merkle tree proofs, and direct custodian confirmations to validate that substantially all customer balances were fully backed as of the audit snapshot date.

"Transparency is non-negotiable for exchanges that want to earn long-term trust," said Equineerapp's Chief Operating Officer in a statement accompanying the announcement. "Completing this verification with a reputable independent firm signals to our users and the broader market that we operate at the highest standard of accountability."

Key Findings from the Audit

  • Customer liabilities were fully covered across all audited asset pairs
  • Reserve ratios exceeded 1:1 thresholds for Bitcoin and Ethereum holdings
  • Custodial wallet structures were verified against on-chain data with no material discrepancies
  • Stablecoin reserves were confirmed through direct issuer and banking-partner acknowledgments

Audited proof of reserves is quickly becoming a baseline expectation for any exchange that wants to be taken seriously by institutional and retail participants alike.

Equineerapp stated that it plans to conduct quarterly PoR verifications going forward, with Guardian Assure returning as the lead auditor. The full audit summary is available for public review on the exchange's transparency page. The move positions Equineerapp among a growing cohort of platforms proactively adopting verification standards well ahead of anticipated regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
